About Gudrun Lind

Gudrun Lind is a certified Executive & Team Coach with two decades of experience in leadership development within multinationals. Her coaching focuses on supporting leaders and teams to navigate change and grow capabilities to thrive and create value in a volatile world of work.

Growth, Impact and Purpose are the compasses of her work. This is a process of continuous growth and willingness to keep progressing, to do the work required to take steps forward with curiosity and courage - and create what we know inside of ourselves to be possible. It is her core belief that through such intentional effort we experience fulfilment which fosters greater impact as individuals, teams and organisations.


In her earlier corporate career, Gudrun held senior roles such as HRBP, Director Talent Acquisition, Director Global Talent Management and Director Integration & Change Management. In these roles, she worked closely with the senior management to align business strategy and people capabilities. She designed and led leadership development, performance, engagement, and culture initiatives - and played a pivotal role in several mergers and acquisitions, including some of the largest takeovers in Pharma.


Gudrun has vast experience coaching leaders and teams during uncertainty, change and reorganisation. She experienced plenty of turbulent times, including restructuring initiatives for thousands of employees. Gudrun also led teams directly and indirectly and provided thought leadership to leaders and groups across the EU, US, EMEA, and APAC. 

Her corporate background in combination with having coached professionals at all levels in diverse industries allows her to meaningfully relate to day-to-day challenges. Poor leadership, lack of communication, power games, internal politics, the pressure to constantly exceed expectations and hit targets - she has been there.  Gudrun understands the complexity of thriving in an environment of constant change where we are faced with complex challenges. It is this experience that allows her to deeply relate to the reality of clients - the highs and the lows of the ever-evolving and ever-changing corporate world.

I have always been curious about how we can optimise our mindset and performance. Perhaps that is what motivated my studies in Positive Psychology. For the longest time, psychology focused on dysfunction, but Positive Psychology gives you the methods to supercharge your own state of wellbeing.
